Management Oversight

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

Budget Management: Development of annual budgets for common area maintenance and improvements in consultation with the condominium association board. Monitoring expenditure against budgetary allocations and providing regular financial reports to the board. Seeking cost-effective solutions for maintenance and improvement projects without compromising quality.
Community Engagement
Facilitating communication between residents, the board of directors, and other stakeholders regarding common area issues, policies, and projects.
